Jotun Arena Braced for Packed Home Run as Lillestrøm Visit Looms
Jotun Arena is gearing up for a pivotal stretch of home football, with Lillestrøm arriving on 18 October as the next big test for Sandefjord Fotball. Four further home fixtures follow before December is out, keeping the Sandefjord stadium firmly in the spotlight for the Eliteserien run-in.
A Packed Autumn at Nygårdsveien 84
Jotun Arena, the 6,582-capacity home of Sandefjord Fotball located at Nygårdsveien 84 in Sandefjord, is at the very centre of the club's 2026 Eliteserien season run-in. With a string of home fixtures scheduled between now and mid-December, the artificial turf surface will be busy throughout the autumn.
The sequence of home matches began with a 3-0 victory over IK Start on 20 September — a result that drew 4,481 supporters through the gates and set the tone for what the club hopes will be a points-rich home stretch.
Lillestrøm Up Next on 18 October
The next match at Jotun Arena is already circled on supporters' calendars: Sandefjord host Lillestrøm on Sunday 18 October at 17:00. Tickets are on sale now through TicketCo, and demand is expected to be strong for what shapes up as one of the standout home fixtures of the season.
Four further home matches follow after that, with Molde (8 November), Tromsø (29 November), and Vålerenga (13 December) all still to visit before the curtain comes down on the campaign. Each of those occasions gives Sandefjord Fotball — and their fans — the opportunity to make the Jotun Arena a genuine fortress.
What the Stadium Offers
Opened in 2007 and owned and operated by Sandefjord Fotball, Jotun Arena measures 105 metres by 68 metres and plays on an artificial turf surface that allows matches to go ahead regardless of the harsh Norwegian autumn weather.
Beyond the Eliteserien fixtures, the stadium also hosts Sandefjord Fotball Kvinner matches, with the women's second team having played on the ground as recently as 4 October. A club member event, SF Ekstra Oktober 2026, is also listed at the venue for 11 October, underlining just how busy the arena diary is this month.
Tickets and Planning Your Visit
Fans wishing to attend the Lillestrøm fixture or any of the subsequent home matches can purchase tickets directly through Sandefjord Fotball's official TicketCo page. With several high-profile Eliteserien opponents still to come, now is the time to plan a visit to one of Norwegian football's well-established top-flight venues.
