Dubbed Folkets Kamp — the People's Match — the event continues the club's drive to make top-flight football accessible to as many supporters as possible.
Folkets Kamp Returns to Jotun Arena in August
Sandefjord Fotball have confirmed a special community fixture at Jotun Arena on Friday, 7 August, when KFUM Oslo visit for an Eliteserien clash being promoted as "Folkets Kamp" — the People's Match. For the occasion, supporters will only need to pay the standard booking fee of 19 kroner, making it one of the most affordable top-flight football tickets in Norway.
The initiative is part of the club's ongoing effort to bring fans of all backgrounds through the gates at Jotun Arena, following a similar children's promotion during the HamKam fixture on 12 July, when all under-16s entered free of charge.
Affordable Football as a Fan Strategy
The near-free admission model for the KFUM Oslo fixture reflects a broader push by Sandefjord Fotball to grow their fanbase and fill the stands. With kick-off set for 19:00, the Friday evening slot combined with the token admission price is designed to attract families, first-time visitors and lapsed supporters alike to the arena in Nygårdsveien.
Tickets for Folkets Kamp are available through the SF App and the club's TicketCo platform. With the Bodø/Glimt match on 26 July already having generated 3,500 ticket sales well in advance, momentum around home fixtures at Jotun Arena appears to be building steadily through the second half of the season.

Beyond the KFUM Oslo game, Jotun Arena will host Brann on 30 August and Viking on 4 September as the Eliteserien campaign enters its critical phase.
